He has been married for 30+ years and served our country for 8 years in the US Marine Corps. Larry has been making the world a brighter and more efficient place since 2015. He has learned that saving energy through better technology helps all of us. More comfortable homes and businesses with lower energy bills are a WIN/WIN. He managed the LED lighting upgrades across Houston Hobby and Bush International airports in Houston, TX, as well as Beaumont ISD, one of the largest and oldest school districts in Texas. He has 33+ years of customer service, management, and operations experience.

Wayne is a seasoned Energy Professional with an impressive 30+ years of expertise in overseeing Energy and Power Generation Plants. He recognizes the critical role of maintaining a continuous and reliable electricity supply for customers and businesses. Wayne's leadership skills, adeptness at collaborating with management, and proficiency in meeting demanding deadlines make him a valuable asset. In addition to his illustrious career, Wayne has been happily married for over 45 years and finds joy in family, fellowship, hunting, fishing, travel, sailing, and active involvement in various local volunteer organizations.

Lynn Nichols has been in the business world for 30 years. She brings sales and managerial experience to the table. She believes that an excellent work ethic, smart ideas, along with honest partners, are a blueprint for success. Lynn is the wife of Larry Nichols, and they have one daughter, Gracie, who is currently studying business in her freshman year of college.

Brigette is an experienced HR professional known for her global system support and implementation expertise, spanning over 30 years. She excels in change management, project management, system upgrades, training, and cultivating a positive workplace culture. Beyond her career, she cherishes her role in retirement, which involves managing tasks at her Alpaca farm and spending time with her grandchildren. Brigette currently works with L.A.W. Energy Outfitters, LLC, and is happily married to Wayne Sharp, with whom she has two children and three grandchildren.
